This is the naturalistic logical fallacy: an action that is natural, is not necessarily moral. So by that alone, this argument is completely invalidated.
But of course, you probably won't get off that easily when talking to your average anti-vegan. So if someone is going to say that eating meat is moral because animals in the wild do it all the time (which again, is a basic logical fallacy), then that means that we should also embrace other acts that are natural to animals.
Rape for example is extremely common in the animal kingdom. If killing animals for food is acceptable because animals do it too, we should (by that logic) also legalize rape.
Animals also kill their own kind, particularly the weak, sick, elderly, and those whom they see as their competition within the herd. So again, if we're going to argue that killing animals for food is moral because animals do it, the same logic holds that we should also kill the weak, sick, elderly, and those whom we feel are getting in our way.
Now obviously, those legal establishments would be ridiculous. Therefore, we cannot claim that something is moral because "animals do it too", so eating meat is still wrong.
